Competency Based Assessment and Performance Assessment

ECRA has partnered with hospitals and healthcare organizations to master the assessment of competencies. These include both core clinical competencies defined by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (patient care, medical knowledge, practice based learning and improvement, interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism and systems based practice) and competencies defined by stakeholders from your institution.

ECRA Group works with you to first establish clear-cut, specified goals and objectives that can be marked by measurable behaviors, and then to perfect a competency assessment or performance appraisal system that accurately measures performance and helps you to shape the daily behavior of your residents, nurses or other clinical staff – ultimately improving patient care and outcomes.
