Administrator evaluations are usually administered only to teaching faculty. The evaluations usually focus on administrative key areas such as: Academic Standards, Communication, Leadership, Commitment, and Job Performance. This evaluation contains mostly forced-choice items, but also gives respondents an opportunity to express any additional thoughts through a few general open-ended responses.

Teacher

Teacher evaluation is an extremely difficult job that provides essential information for administrators as well as teachers. Teachers may be provided important information that can lead toward their professional growth as well as improved performance.
