As President and CEO of ECRA Group, Dr. Louis A. Gatta is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, while remaining intimately involved in many of the projects carried out by ECRA’s experts. He brings to his clients a wealth of expertise in educational, healthcare and corporate leadership. He is currently Board Chairman of Northwest Community Healthcare, which includes Northwest Community Hospital, the center for specialty medicine, and other healthcare service companies. In addition, Dr. Gatta is a Professor at Loyola University Chicago. His leadership experiences in the educational, healthcare and corporate arenas has given him a keen understanding of organizational behavior and change. He has been published extensively in the areas of educational research, assessment and organizational structures. Dr. Gatta’s unique blend of professional careers, which include scientist, university professor, school leader, healthcare leader and corporate executive has enabled him to create a national network of experts in numerous fields, many of which are currently senior consultants for ECRA. His systems approach toward organizational improvement provides the philosophical framework for the company, and is helping organizations create better structures and processes that maximize the probability of success. |
